Origami Pico

Fold together at home

A little origami activity for children and parents.

Choose one model and explore it together. Origami Pico shows each fold in 3D, so you can pause, read the instruction aloud and talk about how the paper changes. There is no need to race through the steps.

Try the Little Fox together

Start with one small model

Try the Little Fox or Little Sailboat first. Take turns: one person reads the instruction, the other moves the paper. For children who need help reading or using the gestures, an adult can guide the activity.

Things to ask as you fold

Keep it short and flexible

The model cards show short guide estimates. Allow extra time for a first attempt, reading and conversation. Undo a fold when you want another look. When the model is finished, rotate it and choose whether to stop or try another.

Use the free basic papers

Basic papers are free and unlimited. Collectible papers, packs, coin purchases and rewarded videos are optional. Parents can choose the basic papers and supervise app use. Sound and touch feedback can be turned off in Settings.

Try real paper afterwards

No real paper is needed for the on-screen activity. Each lesson links to its original folding reference if you want a physical-paper follow-up. Check that reference with your child, because some app folds are adapted for 3D interaction.
